The company designs and manufactures all types of equipment for cutting lines, including loops and spacers with very high resistance to wear and lateral stress. They are fundamental for the correct separation of the strips after the cutting phases and during the rewinding phases, dampening the noise caused by the rubbing of the strips. Made of alloy steels, they can be supplied chromium-plated, polished, coated in Tin PVD, and drilled for mounting on automatic or manual positioning systems. In addition, Emmebi also offers a wide selection of spacers for perforation shafts and rewinders. They are manufactured in Nylon PA06 to guarantee the highest possible protection of the cut material: the thickness marked on both sides facilitates the mounting operations. They can also be supplied with a special channel for strapping.
