Moreschi Srl has been in the cutting blade business for more than thirty years. The Italy-based company designs and manufactures circular steel blades for a variety of applications, including the most particular ones.

Specifically, the company offers a range of steel blades such as HSS, friction cutting, segmental, and TCT.

HSS Circular Blades

Moreschi HSS circular saw blades are perfect for high-performance cutting of billets, tubes, pipes, profiles, and bars in ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
As far as materials are concerned, the company offers tools in standard wolfram-molybdenum high-speed steel (HSS DMo5 (M2) DIN 1.3343) and with 5% cobalt (HSS Co5 (M35) DIN 1.3243). They are also available on request in sintered steel S390PM - ASP2052.

Friction Cutting Blades

Moreschi Srl offers friction cut blades for steel billets, tubes, profiles, plates, and gratings. The name of the model comes from the cutting method: the cut does not take place by chip removal but thanks to the friction between the blade and the piece.
Moreschi friction cut blades are produced from hot-rolled raw sheets in 1.2235 chrome-vanadium steel or wolfram-molybdenum 1.2604 steel. The hardness depends on the type and temperature of the material to be cut. These blades can be completely hardened or hardened on the external belt or on the tips only. The flanks can be ground: tapered with a hub, straight, or left black as hot rolled.
Maximum diameter: 3200 mm.

Segmental saw blades

Moreschi segmental saw blades are used in cutting lines for billets, tubes, profiles, and bars in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The production method is what sets these products apart. The segmental saw blades are made using segments made of hardened M2-1.3343 HSS steel riveted on CrV steel blanks. This guarantees great versatility and excellent repairability because the segments can be replaced and sharpened in case of teeth break.
Different teeth are available according to the type of application. The BW tooth is used for cutting pipes and profiles, the HZ tooth for solid sections or thick pipes, and the BS tooth for pipes with medium-thin thickness.

TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) blades

Moreschi manufactures TCT circular saw blades made from hot-rolled or cold-rolled raw sheet metal. The company uses only first-quality materials from the best steel mills and carbide producers. Moreschi TCT blades are specifically designed for cutting structural, alloy, stainless, and special steels, and they are used in a wide range of sectors, from tube mills to foundries, as well as in the automotive industry.
Thanks to more than thirty years of experience, the company can engineer custom sharpening geometries, with variable pitches and rake angles.
