Coil-to-coil aluminum anodizing line

Officine Meccaniche Barni designs and develops coil-to-coil anodizing lines, designed to modify the surface roughness of various aluminum alloys (5052 and 5056), (H191, H19), 3003 (H18 / H19). These lines utilize state-of-the-art electrolytic cells for the continuous treatment of thicknesses up to 17 microns.

Specifically, these lines are designed to increase the surface roughness of aluminum in order to improve the adhesion of paint in subsequent stages. Through this process, it is possible to achieve greater durability and improved performance of the final coating, which is crucial for critical applications in sectors such as naval engineering, aviation, aerospace, and defense.
