Model BP-309
It is a weighing and optical counting machine with manual or automatic feeding, ideal for packaging small metal elements, such as screws, nails, nuts, bolts, rivets, and washers. Equipped with a PLC touch screen, this system features a 70-liter-capacity bulk hopper and vibratory linear or bowl feeders, according to gross or fine feed.

A highly-sensitive (+/- 5 gr) load cell installed on the weighing basket automatically detects weight to prevent overloads, while a barrier photocell allows parts counting on the bowl feeder. Last but not least, thanks to the adjustable bowl feeder exit tracks, this automatic weighing machine for screws, bolts, and other fasteners can be set to fit multiple-size products with an easy format change.

BP201-202-203-204-205 series
The counting units are specifically designed for counting fasteners, such as screws, nails, nuts, bolts, rivets, and washers. Through a vibratory bowl and a conveyor, small metal or plastic elements are checked through a PLC control system and a barrier photocell that reject overweight doses.

The series can be integrated with VFFS machines to meet the needs of fasteners’ kit packaging.
