Automatic pallet-bundle coupler

Thanks to more than 40 years of experience in the packaging and stacking field, Rizzi Srl designs and develops automatic lines for sheet metal packaging. The Italy-based company identifies the most specific customer requirements to assemble a tailored, high-performance machine.

With a maximum capacity of 5,000 kg, the automatic pallet-bundle coupling device positions a pallet under a previously strapped sheet metal bundle. This machine is set downstream of a packaging line and features a hybrid roller/chain crossing station capable of rotating the packs at 90°, an automatic pallet dispenser, and an automatic tilter with a press.
