Multiple transfer bending and welding machine. It is suitable to produce reels for winding arc-welding wire.

It consists of following main units:

- 3 motorized decoilers, for coils up to 1000 kg
- Straightening, feeding, cutting and “U”-bending systems of spokes
- Straightening and feeding system for the two wire crowns
- Loader and welder for the spokes
- Multiple bending and shearing device of the two wire crowns
- Butt-welder for crowns complete also with automatic conveyors
- Electric and electronic equipment with programmable logic
