Planetary strander for cables and conductors

Cabletec JLY planetary stranders are mainly used for the twisting of copper, aluminum and ACSR wire. These machines are specific to produce fan-shaped or round compressed wire cores and steel armors or copper shields for cables.

The planetary stranders manufactured by Cabletec are composed of a pay-off, section stranders, die holder, wrapping device, meter counter, double wheel capstan, take-up & traverse rack, transmission system and electrical control system, etc.

Upon customer's requests steel and copper wrapping devices can be added too.
