The latest innovation by Faccin, 4HEP-E, is a 4-roll direct-electric drive roller, an evolution of the 4HEP model.

The machine guarantees unparalleled productivity, thanks to a rolling speed of up to 10 m/min and a reduction in noise and vibration levels of about 15 dB. In addition, the highly efficient components allow saving up to 35% of total energy and help reduce the company's carbon footprint.

The new 4HEP-E plate rolling machine is designed for rolling steel plates up to 75 mm thick and 2 to 4 m wide. An intuitive LED display makes it easy to monitor roll speed, and alarm indicators.

4HEP-E is equipped with a centralized lubrication system, as well as an integrated heavy duty drop-end, enhanced braking torque, and extremely durable and resilient screw pumps.
