Faccin's in-house 4HEL bending roll is one of the company's flagship technology. This electronic pyramidal 4-roll machine offers high performance, ease of use, and absolute precision. 4HEL is the ideal solution for bending plates with a thickness ranging from 5 up to 150 mm and a length between 1500 and 18000 mm.

High productivity is ensured by the machine's speed - up to 3-4 times faster than conventional pyramid machinery - and the linear guide configuration, which allows easy feeding of the plate into the machine.

4HEP is Faccin's 4-roll synchronized bending machine with planetary technology, specific for those with high productivity and mass production requirements. The machine has a closed-loop structure to ensure maximum rigidity and resistance to forces resulting from the bending process.

The machine is equipped with the innovative HFS - Hierarchical File System - which ensures greater closeness of the bending force application points, and with SIEMENS CNC. The 4HEP bending roll is particularly suitable for processing heavy plates ranging from 5 to 150 mm in thickness and up to 18 m in length.
