Roundo® R series profile bending machines
The R series is the new line of premium profile benders from Roundo®, capable of processing capacities up to 20,000 cm3.

Its versatility and quality components make the R Series the ideal choice for those seeking flawless bent metal structures and greatly improved productivity. Thanks to the innovative hydraulic system, the machinery ensures a decrease in operating noise and eliminates the need for pit construction by facilitating loading operations. Each axis can be independently controlled maintaining maximum bending capability without any decrease in power, even at maximum speed. The wCNC4 control system also ensures accuracy and constant monitoring.

Faccin RCMI profile bending machines
The RCMI is the profile bender with modular rolls developed by Faccin Group for bending profiles and angles with high flexion strength modulus.

Thanks to the robust electro-welded and heat-treated structure, the machine allows processing any type of standard profiles - including round and square pipes. The lateral guide rolls are independently adjustable in six directions, thus enabling constant control and eventual correction of the twisting tendency of asymmetrical profiles.

Special solutions for 3D bending are available.

Faccin TAURUS profile bending machines
TAURUS is Faccin 3-roll motorized bender with variable geometry technology. The machine can be configured in two different configurations depending on requirements: for bending small profiles, the “closed roll” setting is recommended, while for larger, high-resistance profiles (up to 17,000 cm3 capacity), the “open roll” option is preferable.

Thanks to the technical features of this machine, it is possible to reduce the waste material produced in the processing. Finally, bent products made by TAURUS find use mainly in the building industry for the construction of large structures - bridges, airports, and stadiums.
