Cut-to-length lines for tin-plate processing

With a production capacity of 200 metal sheets per minute, these lines can manage coils from 5 to 20 tons and handle tin plates with width from 300 to 1500 mm and thicknesses from 0.1 to 1 mm.

These cutting-edge plants feature the most performing accessories for tin-plate manufacturing, such as inspection systems and surface quality detectors, thickness and weighing control devices, labeling and packing units, die shears with scroll cut and automatic die changing, and high precision driving, guiding and feeding groups.
