Fan blade profiling and rolling lines 
This advanced system facilitates the complete automation of sheet metal profiling, rolling, and manipulation to produce fan blades. It can handle sheets of varying sizes and perform complex deformations. The process begins by singling out the sheet metal, which is subsequently fed into an adjustable profiling roller group. The progressive action of the rollers shapes the edges of the sheet metal, followed by guiding the piece to another roller group for the subsequent rolling phase.

Right and left side flanging lines for fan components 
These lines are designed to automate the flanging process of sheet metal for producing right- and left-side fan flanges. Using a cross table driven by controlled motors, the lines accurately follow the flange profile during the flanging operation. The mandrel features radii and a precise orientation pin for seamless flange alignment. This innovative solution eliminates the need for intermediate bending and allows for mechanical coupling and locking between the fan blade and flanges without welding.
