Spring coiling machines

The Japan-based Asahi-Seiki Manufacturing designs and engineers high-speed, high-accuracy spring coiling machines. The CFX series features a series of systems that streamline the operators’ work. A program is created automatically according to the input data, and the staff then fine-tunes the configuration and saves it for future repeatability.

This series also features a statistical graphic display to visualize the free length, average value, standard deflection, and process capability deviations.
The CFX series includes the following models:

- CFX-1, for easy operation with a PC, suitable for thin wire ø 0.1 mm to 0.8 mm.
- CFX-2, for easy operation with a PC, suitable for ø 0.6 mm to 2.6 mm.
