• Diameters of the wires: 0.8-2.00mm
• Speed of the wire: up to 15 m/sec
• Characteristics of the soap to clean: Sodium stearate- Calcium Stearate
• Temperature of the cleaning hot water: 60°-70°C C

The line consists of the following components:

- Wet brushing unit with 6 contact points
- Dryer with 4 air wipes
- Paper filter
- Circulating bath for the two brushing units
