Customizable patented system for the in-line cleaning of wire

Assembling is able to design and offer its customers customized systems for the in-line cleaning of wire.

The patented system allows to create cleaning and electropolishing lines for each type of profile and material.

The video shows an example of a configuration, in which the wire passes through three cleaning stations, one for neutralization and two for drying.
This is just an example: the possible configurations can be different according to the requirements of speed and the level of cleanliness to be obtained.
