Key features

 The machine boasts a maximum processing speed of 100 meters per minute, with a total power rating of 265 kW for efficient operation. The flat rolling precision rolls can accommodate a range of wire and strip dimensions (diameters ranging from 4 mm to 14 mm, thickness from 1 mm to 10 mm, and width from 6 mm to 20 mm). Furthermore, the integrated measurement system guarantees consistent and accurate thickness control throughout the rolling process. The mill incorporates a coiling system to neatly coil wind the processed material for efficient storage and handling, with a maximum coil weight capacity of 3,000 kg.

Optional units

As an option, a polishing unit can be installed to achieve a smooth, polished surface finish on the flattened material. Furthermore, for certain applications, the mill can be equipped with additional features for in-line straightening and cutting to lengths. The maximum weight of finished products after cutting is 1,000 kg.
