Insulation line, for house wiring & control cables

Supermac high speed insulating line for House Wiring/Auto Cable/Control Cable are dedicated line as per Customer’s requirement. It has flexibility, over managing the wide range of products. The configuration of the line also made suited to Customer budget and his requirements.
These lines also incorporate Dual Extrusion System for providing skin/single line/dual line through piggy back mobile Extruder.
These Mobile Extruders give the benefit of space saving and could easily be changed for any line direction. The Extruder can be rotated 3600 with the base fixed to the ground.
Since the Head is Self Centered and therefore it eliminates the problem of centering the cable and minimum start up time is achieved. Operator just need not to waste his time on such things and look forward to other production aspects.
Efficient designing and high quality of workmanship ensures minimum change over time and gives Customer advantage of changing size & color any number of time during production.

The Multipass Cooling System helps in space saving and provides better cooling solution during production process, especially in high-speed lines. Design of through is such that the Cable gets the required residual time for proper cooling.
The inclusion of Dual take up system with two Pay off in line enable the line to run continuously and eliminates the stoppages during Bobbin shifting resulting in high productivity.
All the individual machines are in Synchronization with each other, therefore the controlling is easy through one pot which offer best results. The option of PLC & Non-PLC again enables Customer to decide suiting his Budget and requirements.
The dual Insulation lines are available in three options 45+30, 60+38, & 80+45. All these combination caters to different requirements & provides different solution with different speeds.
