Single wire plating plants

Single wire high speed plating plants for copper and copper alloy wires with enhanced agitation and current distribution technologies. The plating plant is available for Ni, Ag, Sn and Zn plating on non-ferrous wire and is also available for stainless and carbon steel.

Custom designed to be adapted to the required capacity, wire dimensions, speed and space available.
Complete systems with pay-off and take-up are supplied.

Typical applications are tinning of copper wires, silver and nickel plating on electronic wires.
