Profiles straightening machines

The profiles straightening machines mod. VM/RPD are designed to straighten metal bars and tubes with square, rectangular and complex profiles.

The machine consists of 2 groups of 7 rollers mounted at 90° one opposed to each other; the rollers, realized in hardened and rectified steel, are all motorized. The straightening process takes place thanks to the power-assisted adjustment through nr. 8 brushless motors. The groups always self-position on the center of the profile dimensions.

Working programs for different types and dimensions of profiles can be stored.

Violi profiles straightening machines can be equipped with fly cutting system through shear or saw blade.

VM/RPD is in compliance with CE directive and all existing regulations.
