Straightening machine with saw blade cut

The straightening machine with saw blade cut mod. VM/MRTSA is projected for straightening and cutting of tubes with diameter up to 30 mm, and for complex profiles with similar section.

The machine is composed by a pay-off reel, both motorized or clutch, with adjustment of diameter of the coil, with a winch for coil lifting, double rotating group of wheels, set at 90° opposed each other, and a dragging unit with small shaped wheels or plastic polymer rollers.

The machine is provided with an encoder to define the lenght of cutting. The saw blade cutting group has a variable speed and is controlled by brushless motor.

The machine can be also provided with special ejecting unit for the unloading of the product.

Setup of the machine occurs quickly through a touchscreen panel.

The machine VM/MRTSA complies with current European regulations.
