GF-ELTI bogie furnaces are plants manufactured with modular prefabrication technique and are used for the reheating of semi-finished products intended for the forging process (ingots, steel roughed or steel products of various sizes, weights, and shapes).

Features
- maximum operating temperature 1300 °C;
- easy to assemble, does not require the construction of foundations;
- equipped with GF-ELTI regenerative burners managed through PLC;
- high turbulence inside the furnace chamber, which guarantees an optimal connective exchange and temperature uniformity;
- refractory and insulating coatings of the parts constituting the furnace made of cast or fibrous materials, depending on the application;
- reduced maintenance activities required;
- consumption reduced by up to 50% compared to conventional burners.
