GF-ELTI, a specialist in the design and construction of industrial plants, offers fixed hearth furnaces for semi-finished products (ingots, steel roughed products) intended for the forging process.

These plants, with a maximum working temperature of 1300 °C, are manufactured according to the Modular Prefabrication technique, which allows to speed up the assembling phases and does not require foundations, but only a suitable support surface. They are also equipped with GF-ELTI regenerative high speed and fixed power burners, which are regulated by PLC, allowing to obtain an optimal connective exchange and temperature uniformity.
Structurally, the plant consists of a quadrangular or rectangular muffle, equipped with a guillotine door, a fixed base and a suspended flat vault.

Depending on the application, the refractory and insulating coatings of the parts constituting the furnace can be made of cast or fibrous materials.
