GF-ELTI - active for over 50 years in the field of industrial furnaces - designs, manufactures, and installs fixed-hearth furnaces for heat treatment of semi-finished products of various sizes, weights, and shapes.

The logic of Modular Prefabrication makes it possible to speed up assembly times, since it is not necessary to carry out foundation works, but it only requires the construction of a suitable support surface.

This type of plant has a maximum operating temperature of about 1,250 °C, and is built to achieve excellent temperature uniformity, with variable reheating and cooling gradients based on the types of heat treatment required by the customer. The refractory hearth is fixed and positioned above the workshop floor, to which it can be anchored with simple tie rods/small blocks. The plant is equipped with GF-ELTI cold air or auto-recuperative burners characterized by high speed and fixed power. Their operation is managed through PLC.

The furnace typically consists of:
- quadrangular or rectangular muffle;
- guillotine door;
- fixed hearth;
- flat vault;
- combustion system;
- electrothermal control equipment.

According to the customer's needs, this type of plant can be designed and manufactured in compliance with the following international standards: API 6A, ASTM A991, AMS 2750, NADCAP, NORSOK, M-650, ABS.
