Continuous mesh belt furnaces for heat treatment

n

Furnaces for hardening, carburizing, quenching, tempering, and annealing

IVR has specifically engineered wire mesh belt lines to facilitate the heat treatment of various components, including fasteners, screws, and large-scale batches of metal parts. The lines are designed to accommodate articles with a maximum length of 250 mm and a maximum individual weight of 1 kg.

The range of available heat treatments includes annealing, carburizing, carbonitriding, , oil quenching, salt quenching, or polymer quenching, tempering if required with controlled atmosphere and after tempering the cooling process, with or without rapid and natural cooling channels. The furnace atmosphere can be nitrogen/methanol or Endogas. Beside this, methane, propane, ammonia and air can be added. The production lines can be integrated with pre- and post-treatment washing systems, and loading and unloading systems, ensuring the automation of the entire process.

IVR is dedicated to optimizing energy efficiency and recovery during the design and development phases, all while ensuring the highest quality of treatment. Customized solutions are provided to customers to modernize production processes and remain competitive in domestic and international markets.
