Galvanized zinc-aluminum wire (5%) Class B and Class A

In addition to galvanized metal wire, FILOMATIC Srl can also supply zinc-aluminum alloyed wire (5%) with diameters from 0.60 mm to 8.00 mm. This wire is suitable for numerous applications, ranging from agriculture, construction, and furniture industry, as well as for manufacturing gratings, hangers, hooks, electro-welded gabions, mattresses, and so on.

The hot-dip galvanizing process is carried out in compliance with European standard UNI EN 10244-2 by submerging the wire in a zinc bath and then in a zinc-aluminium bath.

Available in three coating classes (Class C - Class B - Class A), the zinc-aluminum wire (5%) can be supplied in strapped coils, wooden reels, pre-weighed coils, as well as in F33 F36G spooled coils.
