Focusing on the elimination of all potential risks during rod product manufacturing, MSG Maschinenbau has designed a patented solution (EP 3 225 320, maintained as granted) to eliminating static friction forces in workpiece fixtures and centrifugal forces in rotating test system: enter GMS-S, the inline geometry measuring system for straightness and twist of rod products. The measuring results you can obtain with the GMS-S are comparable to a zero-gravity environment.

Notable features are the intelligent damping system, which is able to absorb the foundation vibrations, and the smart design, which allows it to be integrated at any point of the wire, tube, or profile manufacturing line.
