High precision inspection system for mechanical components

i600-M Series

The i600-M machine series is designed for high-precision inspection of mechanical components. Thanks to the modular design, these machines can be used to perform various inspections (mechanical recess control, eddy current crack detection, 360° thread integrity inspection) in a single system.

The machines feature a customizable feeding system, allowing for easy integration with pre-existing lines.

The rotating table (600 mm, one of the largest available in the industry) can accommodate up to 8 inspection modules, connected to 5 exit chutes, for easy identification of rejects. The machine also ensures traceability of the part from the input to the exit chutes.

The user-friendly and intuitive HMI interface, combined with the overall ergonomics of the machine, simplifies configuration and maintenance operations.

The granite base makes the machine particularly stable, capable of withstanding vibrations produced by other machinery.
