i600-N Series

The i600-N machine series is designed for high-precision inspection of nuts with a dimensional range from M4 to M12. These machines encompass a high number of checks in a single system, allowing for mechanical recess control, laser inspections, and eddy current crack detection.

The machines offer various advantages in terms of feeding, positioning, and part control. The feeding systems are fully automatic and can be easily integrated with existing lines. They are also customizable based on specific applications. The inner part of the rotating table remains stationary, simplifying the positioning of inspection modules or accessories. The robustness of the module frames and supports ensures greater precision and durability over time.

The machine is equipped with 5 high-resolution cameras for special inspections, featuring high-quality bi-telecentric optics, telecentric LED illumination, and IP65 certified backlighting for proper part illumination during inspection.

Machine control is performed through a user-machine interface with a convenient touch screen and integrated PLC system.
