i600 Series


The i600 machine series by REGG Inspection are designed to provide a comprehensive and customizable solution for inspecting fasteners with dimensional range from M3 to M20. They boast a production capacity of 500 pieces per minute.


Functionality and power supply

The i600 dimensions are approximately 1,500 x 1,500 x 2,200 mm.
In terms of functionality, the i600 series features an integrated automatic feeding system that enables fast and continuous inspection, customizable based on the part being inspected. The feeding system can also be easily integrated with existing  lines. The machine's stability is ensured by a solid granite base. To avoid interference from external light, the i600 is enclosed with an anodized aluminum frame and dark-colored polypropylene panels.


Positioning

The 600 mm diameter rotating table is driven by a servo motor with an encoder and can accommodate up to 8 control modules for inspecting parts of different sizes. All parts are traceable from entrance to exit chutes. The inner part of the table remains stationary, simplifying the positioning of inspection modules or accessories. The robust module frames and supports guarantees greater precision and durability over time.


Inspection

The i600 series machines utilize up to 5 modules with high-resolution cameras for special inspections. The high-quality bi-telecentric optics allow for sharp and precise imaging. The telecentric LED direct lights and high-quality backlights, certified IP65, ensure proper illumination during the inspection process.


Exit chutes

The use of up to five exit chutes allows for the separation of different types of parts or rejects. Additionally, packaging options and conveyors are available to facilitate the movement and storage of inspected parts.

The i600 series fastener inspection machines designed by REGG Inspection offer a modular approach that can include mechanical recess control, 360° profile control, eddy current crack detection, laser marking, and other special applications.
