Combined bearings for forklifts and material handling systems

Combined bearings for forklifts and material handling systems

Since 1984, C.R. has been manufacturing roller bearings for industrial handling, providing high-performance solutions for forklifts, pallet trucks, and palletizing systems. Their product range includes load-bearing rollers with high load capacity, wear resistance, and advanced protection against dust and moisture, as well as chain tensioner pulleys for reliable operation. Through the use of carefully selected materials and advanced manufacturing processes, C.R. products ensure long service life and optimal performance, contributing to the efficiency of handling systems. The offering is complemented by rolled profiles for large-scale industrial applications.

Fixed combined bearing

Ideal for forklifts, translation systems, and sliding systems utilizing rolled or extruded profiles, these bearings offer high load capacity in compact dimensions. Manufactured from high-strength steels such as 20CrMnTi and 100Cr6, they ensure durability, wear resistance, and impact resistance. The ZRS seal prevents contaminants from entering and lubricant from leaking, enhancing reliability. The support ring made of case-hardened steel and the pin in C20/C45 steel provide strength and weldability.

Adjustable combined bearing

Adjustable combined bearings deliver the same performance as fixed models, with the added benefit of distance adjustment between the bearing and the profile using shims. Constructed from case-hardened 20CrMnTi and hardened 100Cr6 steel, they offer high fatigue and wear resistance. The ZRS seal prevents the ingress of external agents and the leakage of lubricant. The central pin made of C20/C45 steel ensures strength and weldability, while the 20CrMo support allows for axial play adjustment.

Adjustable combined bearing with eccentric pin

This bearing allows distance adjustment by rotating the pin and roller within the central shaft. Manufactured from case-hardened 20CrMnTi and hardened 100Cr6 steel, it offers high fatigue strength and wear resistance. The ZRS seal protects against dust, scale, and moisture while retaining lubricant. The lateral support ring is made of case-hardened steel, and the central pin in C20/C45 steel ensures mechanical strength and weldability.

Adjustable combined bearing with sliding pad

This bearing combines high load capacity with a simplified adjustment system, operated via a central screw acting on a plastic sliding pad. The outer ring in case-hardened 20CrMnTi steel and the inner ring in hardened 100Cr6 steel provide excellent fatigue and wear resistance, with hardness up to 60±2 HRC. The ZRS seal prevents the ingress of contaminants and retains lubricant. The central pin in C20/C45 steel ensures mechanical strength and weldability, while the lateral guide pad in plastic alloy offers high wear and environmental resistance.

Adjustable combined bearing with steel pad

This bearing provides high load capacity and a simplified axial adjustment system, operated via a central screw bearing on a steel pad. Compared to the version with a plastic pad, it withstands higher axial loads and reduces wear. The outer ring in 20CrMnTi and the inner ring in hardened 100Cr6 steel ensure fatigue and wear resistance, with hardness up to 60±2 HRC. The ZRS seal prevents the ingress of contaminants and retains lubricant. The central pin in C20/C45 steel ensures mechanical strength and weldability, while the case-hardened steel pad guarantees durability and robustness.

High-speed combined bearing

These bearings retain the technical features of the fixed models, with the addition of bronze cages in both the radial and axial sections, enabling high rotational speeds. Viton® seals provide resistance to harsh operating conditions and elevated temperatures, ensuring long service life and optimal performance.

Precision combined bearing

Designed for use on profiles machined by tooling systems, these bearings feature an enlarged outer diameter compared to standard models. The precise fit between profile and bearing offers a cost-effective alternative to linear guides, delivering high reliability and consistent performance. They retain the technical characteristics of fixed, adjustable, and eccentric pin combined bearings.

Combined bearing for standard 'I' profiles

Specifically designed for use on standard 'I' profiles, these bearings are widely adopted by forklift mast manufacturers. They preserve the technical features of fixed, adjustable, and eccentric pin combined bearings, ensuring high performance and operational reliability.

Radial bearing with pivot

These radial bearings share the structural design of combined bearings but lack axial guidance, making them suitable for applications that do not require support for differentiated loads. The outer ring, made of case-hardened 20CrMnTi steel, and the inner ring, made of hardened 100Cr6 steel, ensure excellent fatigue and wear resistance, with hardness up to 60±2 HRC. The ZRS seal protects against contaminants and retains lubricant. The central pivot, crafted from C20/C45 steel, provides mechanical strength and weldability, while the side support ring in case-hardened steel enhances operational stability.

Combined bearing with welded plate

Designed for direct welding to a plate, these bearings simplify both installation and maintenance. Their integration with the machine structure enables fast and cost-effective assembly and disassembly. Available in fixed or adjustable versions, they offer versatility and reliable performance across various industrial applications.

Adjustable combined bearing 'Jumbo'

Developed for heavy-duty applications, Jumbo adjustable combined bearings provide high load capacity in compact dimensions. Utilized in high-capacity forklift masts and in the industrial, marine, aerospace, and steel sectors, they are constructed from 16CrNi4 and 100Cr6 steel, with hardness up to 60±2 HRC. Available with ZZ seals or, upon request, 2RS seals, they include a radial lubrication system. The central pivot and support ring in case-hardened steel ensure fatigue resistance and long service life.

Adjustable combined bearing for heavy industry

Designed for heavy-duty applications, these adjustable combined bearings offer high load capacity. Used in forklift masts up to 50 tons and in steel mills, they are made of 18NiCrMo5 and hardened 100Cr6 steel, with hardness up to 60±2 HRC. Available with ZZ or, upon request, 2RS seals, they feature both radial and axial lubrication systems. The support ring in case-hardened steel and the central stud in 16CrNi4 provide maximum fatigue resistance and good weldability.

Chain pulleys

C.R. chain pulleys are designed for redirecting Fleyer traction chains and are used in forklift masts as lifting components. Supplied in sealed and pre-lubricated versions, they ensure long life and reliable performance. The outer ring made of case-hardened 20CrMnTi steel and the inner ring of hardened 100Cr6 steel provide high wear resistance and hardness up to 60-2 HRC.

Ball bearing with cage for forklift masts

These radial ball bearings are designed for forklift masts, featuring a rigid structure and a two- or four-point contact configuration. Available in single or double row versions, the balls are separated by a polyamide cage. The bearings offer good radial load capacity and excellent axial load resistance. The outer ring, made of case-hardened UNI 20CrMnTi steel, and the inner ring, in hardened UNI 100Cr6 steel, ensure hardness up to 60±2 HRC. Designed with reduced radial clearance and narrow cross-sections, they deliver long-term precision and reliability.

Full complement ball bearing for forklift masts

These radial bearings, developed for forklift masts, feature a single row of balls in a four-point contact configuration. The full complement design provides high radial load capacity and strong axial retention. The outer ring is made of case-hardened UNI 20CrMnTi steel, while the inner ring consists of two halves in hardened UNI 100Cr6 steel, ensuring hardness up to 60±2 HRC. With reduced radial clearance and compact cross-sections, they offer high precision and reliability for demanding operating conditions.

Standard “U” lift guide

“U”-shaped rolled profiles are used in a variety of industrial applications, including forklift masts, the automotive sector, and machine tools. Designed to house small- and medium-sized combined bearings, they are made from ST 52.3 structural steel, ensuring strength and durability in lifting systems.

Standard “I” lift guide
