PLC software planning

The PLC planning staff is composed by different senior technicians. The business choice of being integrators has allowed us to deepen our experience on several types of equipments.

It has been developed PLC software in their most complex configurations and it has been adopted different types of motors controls: brushless, DC or AC.

A lot of projects have been realized with PLC by Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Telemecanique, Omron and ABB; for each PLC it has been used axis cards, interpolated axis cards, PID control cards, numerical controls, communication cards, cards of direct connection to load cells.

Communication drivers have been created between PLC and devoted equipments. For some customers, for very complex applications, it has been developed architectures of nets between PLC and computer with industrial ethernet, Profibus, Controlnet (Allen-Bradley), till several tens of nodes, all finalized to a complete control of the plant automation.
All programs are realized according to norms IEC 1131-3 and Customers' standards.
