Steel bar loading and unloading benches

Benches for collection and bundling of steel bars - these benches collect the bars coming from the drawing line, then bundle them and subsequently unload the packed product.

Benches for control line support - are used as support for the various monitoring equipment. The machinery allows for - manual or automatic - height adjustment.

Bar gathering benches for rolling machines - are utilized in the collecting of bars following the rolling stage. The machines then enable the material to be bound homogeneously, which is successively picked up and stored.

Loading benches for rolling machines - are used to unbundle and separate bars from a bundle deposited on the gathering bench. The process consists of the following operations: opening, unbundling, and parting the bar bundle. The pallet then provides for its loading, one by one, into a rolling machine located downstream along the line for the rolling process.

The soundproof bar guide - is employed to guide the bars and is installed just after a drawing line.
