VR series nail machines 
The new Eurolls Vitari VR series offers high nail production per minute and produces clean, burr-free nails, meeting most production requirements. This achievement is the result of extensive experience in the fastening industry. The machines are available in various models covering a wide range of input wire diameters from 0.6 mm to 10.00 mm, allowing for the production of nails with length ranging from 6 mm to 300 mm. The main shafts of the machines are made of high-quality forged steel, subject to induction-hardening, and equipped with an automatic centralized lubrication system controlled by a timer, which operates at regular intervals. In the most popular models, such as VR17, VR20, and VR23, there is an additional system that ensures continuous lubrication of the main shaft, connecting rod, and hammer. Additionally, the VR series is designed to reduce noise through the use of soundproof cabins, specifically designed for each machine model.
