Wire spoolers are machines designed to spool wind wire uniformly and compactly, ensuring that each layer is positioned precisely and securely. This process not only facilitates the storage of the wound wire but also helps maintain its structural integrity during transportation and handling.

Eurolls spoolers are distinguished under two distinct brands: Teurema and Team Meccanica.

Eurolls Teurema spoolers - Series B 
Eurolls Teurema offers various types of spoolers, single/double, horizontal/vertical, semi/fully automatic, designed to work with all types of spools: fixed, manually/automatically, take-apart, or custom-designed. The line can also be integrated with automatic spool handling, ensuring automatic loading/unloading, opening/closing, strapping, weighing, labeling, and transportation.

Key features:
• maximum winding speed up to 20 m/s; 
• maximum spool weight: 8 tons;
• wire diameter up to 25 mm; 
• layer-layer winding; 
• automatic spool change and patented system for ribbed wire production available; 
• full integration with automatic spool management systems; 
• automatic sample collection, adjustable from the main control panel; 
• simplified design, without gear changes and reduced maintenance.

Eurolls Team Meccanica spoolers and coilers - Series BO and MO 
The BO series, under the Team Meccanica brand, includes a complete range of static (dead block) spoolers and coilers, single/double, horizontal/vertical, semi/fully automatic, designed to work with all types of spools: fixed, manually/automatically take-apart, or custom-designed.

Key features:
• maximum winding speed up to 30 m/s; 
• maximum spool weight: 5 tons; 
• wire diameters up to 14 mm; 
• layer-layer winding; 
• automatic sample collection, adjustable from the main control panel; 
• simplified gearless design and reduced maintenance.

In addition to the wire spoolers, Eurolls Team Meccanica offers a range of coilers, Series MO, which are machines used in the wire industry to wind wire into coils. This type of coil winding is characterized by a more open and free form compared to the traditional process.
