Descaling machines for wire cleaning and rod cleaning

The two models of Reversed Bending Descaler (MD 75/4 and MD 90/6) are suitable for
low – high carbon rod preparation: the MD 75/4 for wire sizes from 5,5 – 8mm and the
MD 90/6 for wire sizes from 5,5 – 12mm.
The result will be a clean and smooth wire, perfectly prepared for subsequent wire drawing processes.

The Sandpaper Descaling Machine allows advanced mechanical descaling of low to high carbon and stainless steel wire. It is equipped with two sanding belts and suitable for sandpapers of any grade.

A further solution for rod cleaning and wire preparation is Mechanical Descaling by Waterjet that uses only water in the wire cleaning process. Besides the small environmental impact, another advantage is that it doesn't imply any wearing while cleaning the wire for a very high end quality.
