Data cabler for LAN cables assembling

Implementing the "two pass" manufacturing method and combining the backtwist twinners and high speed single twist cabler for assembling 4 to 25 pair backbone LAN cables. Cables produced on this line meet the rigorous demands of categories 5/6/7/7A/8 and 10 Gig UTP requirements for full frequency sweep.

This line is suitable to assemble shielded and unshielded Catergory LAN cables with solid HDPE, FEP, FRPE, Foam HDPE and FEP insulations. The major components of the line include the following:

    - Dual driven payoff for LAN pairs
    - Haul-off device (Belt-wrap or Rotating Capstan)
    - Single Twist Cabler with Torsion lock

Machine parameters are digitally monitored and controlled via a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and a menu driven touch screen so that at each stage the operator is guided to obtain the desired machine operation.
