Automatic metal sheet bundles packaging lines

Downstream of an automatic stacking line, there is sometimes the risk of encountering obstacles or overlaps that would slow down production.

The sheet bundles packaging lines play a crucial role in avoiding these inconveniences. More specifically, the line consists of a chain and roller conveyors sized to the customer's specific requirements, with the possibility of 90° deviations, longitudinal and lateral sliding on rails, and numerous interface devices. Thanks to elements such as rubberized rollers and chains with plastic plates, the line can preserve sheet metal surfaces and support both palletized and bare material accordingly.

The packaging line can support operations such as automatic transverse and longitudinal strapping of metal sheets, automatic insertion of timbers and angle pieces to optimize their storage, and even automatic application of the plastic film.
