Coil tilter

With nearly half a century of experience in the automatic packaging lines field, Rizzi is a reference point for metal strips and sheet metal manufacturers.

Upon customer request, the Italy-based company designs and develops coil tilters for strips in different ferrous and nonferrous materials, weight, and diameter. Equipped with a suitably sized, hydraulic power pack and control box, these machines are also capable of transferring sub-roll packages on pallets from the horizontal to the vertical axis and vice versa.

Like all products manufactured by Rizzi, the coil tilter is also customizable: it can be equipped with a mechanical pallet centering system, or it can even be mounted on rail-mounted sliding rails, allowing it to be used in different production areas within the hall.
