Automatic Ring Forming & Welding Machines ultimat URW

The ultimat URW is a cost-effective approach to the production of wire rings used in lampshades, industrial filters, garden products and automotive components.
Working direct from coil the URW, forms, cuts and weld the rings fully automatically.
Featuring a robust construction based on our UMW range of machines the UME is a very easy machine to setup and requires minimal tool changes.

Suitable for the manufacture of prototypes to low/high volume production runs.
The machine incorporates our standard resistance welding unit but can also be supplied with our MF Medium Frequency system for customers working with Stainless Steel wire.

All ULTIMAT models use a Closed Die Forming and Cutting System, which produces high-quality bends with square, burr-free cuts.
Comprising of four standard models for processing wire ranging from 2.00 mm up to 10.00mm
