Electrowelded spacers machine

The welded wire machine (blockmesh type) is specifically designed to produce straight or bent spacers, to be used for brick slabs reinforcement or for welding wire mesh applications on concrete floors, which play a crucial role in the building industry.

This unit combines the electrowelding process, performed through welding heads, with the cut-to-length and shaping processes, performed through a special bending unit, to manufacture the final geometrical shape and dimensions according to the client’s requirements.

As the cross wires and the longitudinal wires are welded on the same plane, the operation doesn’t produce any material scraps. Consequently, the final product has a minimum thickness and is and is ready for use on site without any further processing.
