Metal tube bending

The pipe bending department has ten CRIPPA and BLM pipe benders, in which it is possible to bend pipes with diameters of from 10 mm. up to 80 mm.

Most of the machines are fully electric, with 9 controlled axes, with multiple level machining and keying and this makes it possible to carry out operations and process products that a normal pipe bender would be unable to deal with. Not forgetting the quality aspect, which in state-of-the-art pipe benders like the ones we have at FASB has reached extremely high levels even at considerable machining speeds, reflecting on cost control and allowing machining operations to be provided at competitive prices.
