Programmable autowinder for high quality coils and coils of different shapes

The KMK rewinder is a programmable autowinder and particularly suitable for high quality coils and coils of different shapes as well as for short set-up. It can easily handle fine wires made of copper or steel.

It consists of three modules: unwinder, laying and rewinder.

The rewinder is programmable via a handheld terminal and provides a fully automatic wrapping process. He recognizes coil shapes and irregularities of the flanges, corrected “looming hills and valleys” and thus ensures a extremely uniform winding pattern.
