Flat thread rolling dies for screws and bolts

Over the last few years Eurospecial s.r.l. has invested considerably to specialize in creep-feed grinding, in particular of threaded profiles. The stock of machines has been improved by the introduction of three new high-performance creep-feed grinding plants, operating with high-pressure lubro-cooling and equipped with the most innovative diamond-roller dressing systems, able to ensure absolute repeatability of the machining and a very high precision of execution.
The new equipment has enabled us to successfully address the market for the manufacture and regeneration of flat thread rolling dies for screws and bolts, as well as the machining of details with complex profiles and difficult-to-grind materials (M2 and M42 high-speed tool steels and material with high Chromium/Nickel contents).


Our product range includes thread-rolling dies for ISO, UNC, UNF and UNJ profiles, ogival and special profile dies to design, including dies for self-threading screws.
We also guarantee a fast regrinding service for worn thread dies, enabling our Customers to use the tools repeatedly, with a significant saving in Production costs.
