We manufacture a wide range of cylindrical thread rolling tools for all type of thread rolling machines (Escofier, Izpe, Seny, Kinefac, Reed, Landis, ORT, Tesker, Rollwalztechnik, etc) and for many different thread types such as metric, trapezoidal, helical, annular, knurls, etc. As well as different roll threading methods such as Through-Feed, Plongee, In-feed, Double-Taper, etc.

In-house guarantee
All heat treatment and coating operations are made in-house, which allows us to maintain a strict control of these processes, guaranteeing optimum mechanical properties of our thread rolls, especially regarding hardness, wear resistance and elasticity, key factors for a reliable, stable and durable performance of our thread rolls during the thread rolling process.
