Technical features of the machine


• All mechanical components have been designed using the Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis to achieve maximum structural stability and minimum die wear.

• "Direct Drive" and "zero backlash gear reducer" on the two spindles allow for better die matching and quick set-up.

• The new hydraulic system grants up to 5 times faster speed compared to traditional thread rolling machines.

• FANUC CNC control for quick changeover, easy maintenance, and setup; typical die change time within 20 minutes.

• Proprietary software and user-friendly MMI interface.

• Dimensional control stations for extended die life and inspection of output products.

• Electrical wiring for 380 V (+/-10%) three-phase 60 Hz, with 24-volt operational control system and easily accessible emergency stop buttons.

• Two independent, centralized, and automatic lubrication systems with flashing alarm lights.


Spindle Features


The movable heads, made of high-quality rolled steel, slide on robust linear guides. The stroke is adjusted using a linear scale with a resolution of 0.001 mm for precise rolling operation. The spindle heads can be tilted.

The three spindles are individually driven by three FANUC brushless motors with zero-backlash planetary reducers. Spindle rotation adjustment is done through CNC control. The three spindles can be easily synchronized from the operator panel.

The innovative hydraulic unit with piston pump enables high-speed approach with automatic pressure and flow adjustment.
