PS automatic boxing machines have been studied, designed and manufactured to be located in PS automatic coiling lines. Cardboard box sizes can vary from a min. of 195 x 195 x h 60 mm to a max. of 300 x 300 x h 130 mm sizes in-between included. The boxing machines adjustment, varies according to the cardboard box sizes. It is very simple and quick thanks to numerical ref. hand wheels. To change the cardboard box size it takes approx. 12-15 minutes.

An automatic robotised pallet unit has been studied in order to palletise spools of different sizes. It is provided with 2, 3
or 4 orthogonal axis. The spools, coming from the lines, are picked up by a special pair of pliers and placed on their appropriate pallet. Programming and logic sequence are arranged by a PLC and monitored by a “TOUCH PANEL“ TP. The TP is connected as a slave, via PROFIBUS, to the main line PLC. Thanks to this TP, it is possible to store different product positions on the pallet. This unit can also be supplied with a cardboard sheet taking device able to place the sheet between one spools layer and the other.
