Roller guides for round wires and strips

Within its wide products range Cometo offers the wire guide model GAP, suitable for both round wires and strips. The GAP structure makes it possible to assemble the rollers in different configurations, horizontal, vertical or oblique in order to suit the different materials shapes. The equipment is provided with self-centering wheel opening system in order to keep the rollers centerline.

The rollers suface is ground and hardened and on customer demand for a minum of 5 devices ordered Cometo can provide rollers surface chrome plating treatement. The wire guide GAP is available in four sizes with maximum rollers opening as follows:

- 60 mm
- 110 mm
- 160 mm
