Automatic carton packaging lines for oriented nails and fasteners

Bonotto Packaging Srl specializes in the design and manufacturing of machines and fully automatic lines for the packaging of hardware elements.

The Carton Packaging Line with weighing scale model BP-304 is built on a sturdy tubular steel frame structure and features a weighing scale machine, a pre-feeding system with a magnetic inclined conveyor belt, and a carton forming and sealing unit.

Specifically designed for the packing of fasteners, such as nails, screws, bolts, and washers, this fully automated line is equipped with a heavy-duty bulk hopper with a capacity from 300 to 700 liters and can manage boxes with weights ranging from 1 to 30 kg.

The system is managed through PLC, which automatically counts the appropriate number of parts per batch.

If required, the line can feature an optional alignment system for the orientation of long nails and other fasteners through an electromagnet, with instant demagnetization.
