Fasteners kits packaging lines

The Italy-based company Bonotto Packaging is a reference point for companies in the field of machines and lines for fasteners packaging.

Typically combining a vertical form fill-and-seal bagger, a bucket conveyor, and counting modules, the BP-104 kit packaging line packs the products in formed PE bags. It is specifically designed to create kits of small plastic or hardware materials such as fasteners, with weights ranging from 20g to 15 kg.

This line features motorized friction belts for film driving, an encoder for the bag length control, a PLC for temperature control, and a double unwinding system to produce bags double the length of the maximum sealing bar size.
