Oil mist filtration plants for mechanical processing with machine tools

Mechanical chip removal is performed using either manual tools or machine tools. It involves the removal of the superfluous material from the blank (a metal bar, for example) in order to obtain a finished piece with the desired shape and dimensions.

The main mechanical chip removal processes include:

Turning; Milling; Drilling; Grinding; Boring; Tapping; Planing; Slotting; Broaching.

All these processes involve the use of tools lubricated with whole oil or oil emulsions.
